Visitor Visa

The most temporary to the United States arrive a B-visas. The B classification is for person who wishes to visit the United States for business, pleasure, or for medical treatment. Coming for business visiting for pleasure or medical treatment are issued visas.

To Qualify
The purpose of the trip to United States has to be related to business, pleasure or medical treatment only.
• The person will remain in the United States for a specific, limited time; and
• The person has a residence outside the United States and has no intention of abandoning that residence.

Business
Business visitor must show that they seek to enter the United States to engage in commercial or professional activity. All of the work that is done in the United States pursuant to a business visa must be for the foreign employer and paid by a foreign employer. Business visitors may not be gainfully employed in the United States.

Visitors for Pleasure
Tourists visiting friends and family. Attend a conventions to social organization.

Here for medical treatment
Participating amateur musical, sports or similar activity or events, which they don't get paid.
