As a result of our updated databases from overseas countries, we have access to a constant supply of suitable employees, which allows us to provide recruitment that accurately match the employee to employer.
The Employees
We ensure that all employees are fully qualified in their industry, speak english and undertake extensive testing and assessment to confirm that they are suitable for employment in Australia and can perform their job successfully. Once employees have been recruited for a role, they will receive further training to assist their relocation and undergo a full medical and other related examinations and procedures.
The Recruitment Process
We already have processed and approved employees ready for employment.
The recruitment process takes 3 months, from application to acceptance date. Our expertise ensures this recruitment process is accurate and correct. When an employee arrives in Australia they receive one-week accommodation prior to starting with their new employer. During this time we assist our employees and help them with their relocation to Australia.
Our Guarantee
If an employee cannot continue their full contractual agreement, we will replace that employee as soon as possible. We will ensure that the transition is quick, efficient and reduces any productivity loss to your business.
Worker Contract Agreement Form
Prior to any contracts being discussed, the employer will be submitted with a Worker Contract Agreement. This document contains information that is required to implement the contract, and outlines the’ employer to employee’ relationship, salary and legal rights of the employee.
